Terms of use
These are the rules for using 9jaboost. We have written them in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email support@9jaboost.com and ask — that is a better outcome for both of us than a misunderstanding.
Who we are
9jaboost sells social media growth services in Nigeria, priced in Naira. We are a reseller: you order through us, and we place that order with a supplier who delivers it.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 to open an account.
- Give us a real email address. It is how we send receipts and order updates.
- Keep your password to yourself. If you think somebody else has it, change it and turn on two-factor authentication.
- One person, one account. Do not open a second account to get around a limit.
What we will never ask for
We will never ask for your social media password. We only need the public link to your profile or post. If anyone claiming to be us asks for a password, it is not us — tell us about it.
Your wallet
- You add money to a wallet, then spend it on orders. We do not charge a subscription.
- Wallet money is for buying services on 9jaboost. It is not a bank account, it does not earn interest, and we do not transfer it to other people.
- If you want money back that you have not spent, email us. We will send it back to the account it came from, less any fee the payment provider has already charged us.
Orders
- Check the link before you confirm. Once an order is with the supplier we usually cannot change the link.
- Delivery times are estimates based on how that service has behaved recently, not promises.
- Do not order for an account that is private, that you do not control, or that belongs to somebody who has not agreed to it.
- If your account is private, or the post is deleted while the order is running, delivery can fail. That one is not something we can refund in full — see the refund policy.
What you may not use us for
- Anything illegal in Nigeria.
- Content that attacks, harasses or endangers somebody.
- Pretending to be another person or organisation.
- Trying to break, overload or probe our systems.
We can close an account that does this, and we will not refund money already spent on orders that have been delivered.
Things we cannot promise
Social media platforms change their rules without telling anyone. A service that works today may stop working tomorrow, and platforms sometimes remove followers or likes after they arrive. We will always refund what was not delivered, but we cannot promise a platform will leave delivered results in place forever, and we cannot promise a particular business result from them.
If something goes wrong
Our responsibility to you is limited to the money you have spent with us. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as income you expected to make.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or with a notice in your dashboard before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
