Refund policy

Last updated 30 September 2026

The short version: you do not pay for what is not delivered. Anything we refund goes into your 9jaboost wallet, where you can spend it on any service we sell. We do not send money back to a bank account or a card. Everything below is detail on how that works.

If an order never starts

Sometimes the supplier rejects an order — a link is wrong, a service has run out, or their system is down. When that happens the full charge goes back into your wallet automatically, usually within seconds, and the order is marked Failed with the reason. You do not have to ask.

If only part of an order arrives

We work out what was actually delivered and refund the rest to your wallet automatically. If you ordered 1,000 likes for ₦1,200 and 600 arrived, ₦480 goes back. The order shows as Partial and the refund appears in your wallet history with the order number next to it.

If an order is cancelled

Some services can be cancelled while they are running. Anything not yet delivered goes back to your wallet. What has already been delivered stays, and stays paid for.

Refills

Some services come with a refill: if the numbers drop within the refill window, you can ask for them to be topped back up at no extra cost. The service page says whether a refill is available and for how long. A refill is a top-up, not a refund.

When we cannot refund

  • The order was delivered as described. If you ordered the wrong thing, tell us quickly — we will help where we can, but a delivered order is a delivered order.
  • You made the account private, changed the username, or deleted the post while the order was running, and delivery failed as a result.
  • The platform removed results after they were delivered, and the service has no refill.

Money you have not spent

Money sitting in your wallet is still yours and it does not expire. It stays in the wallet until you spend it on an order — we do not send it back to a bank account or a card, and that is true whether it was money you added or money we refunded.

So add what you mean to spend. If you are not sure about a service, order the smallest amount it allows and see how it goes before adding more. If something about your account stops you spending what is there, email info@9jaboost.com from the address on the account and a person will look at it.

How long it takes

Into your wallet: immediately and automatically, in almost every case. A refund we have to work out by hand — an order somebody has queried — is done within one working day of us agreeing it. Either way it lands in the wallet and shows in your wallet history with the order number beside it.

If you disagree with us

Open a ticket from your dashboard with the order number. A person reads it. If we got it wrong we will fix it, and we will tell you plainly if we think we got it right.
